DESIGN BUILDING CONTRACTOR
As a licensed and insured building contractor we’re experienced and qualified to build your home from start to finish. If hired in this capacity, we’ll be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of construction, which includes:
• Property review and selection
• Design review and Architect selection
• Applying and acquiring building permits
• Managing budgets and cash flows
• Maintaining accurate records
• Procurement of materials and quality control
• Coordinating site surveying and engineering
• Hiring and overseeing subcontractors
• Providing temporary utilities on site
• Monitoring and ensuring safe working conditions
• Supervising project schedules and inspections
• Preparing change orders
• Communicating information to all parties involved
• Disposing and recycling of construction waste
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Already have a General Contractor and are looking for someone to act on your behalf? As an Owner’s Representative, we’ll be responsible for the administrative and technical management of the project, which includes:
• Contract administration
• Communication between the Architect, GC and any other consultants throughout the process
• Reviewing proposals and bids from subcontractors
• Prepare and monitor project budget and schedule
• Handling change orders and submittals
• Procurement of materials
