Our Fee Structure
We operate on a cost-plus model to provide simplicity, transparency, and flexibility for our clients. This approach means that you pay the actual cost of construction plus our management fee of 20%—ensuring clear visibility into each expense and an adaptable process as your home takes shape. Our projects typically range from $1 million to $2 million, designed to reflect the high standards and unique vision each client brings.
